Orders will be promptly shipped within 3-5 days of orders. If the product is out of stock, the secure order form will denote the availability. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via USPS.

Return Policy For Orders Placed Online

We offer a 30 day refund policy for products ordered online that were lost or otherwise damaged. To receive a refund or replacement product first please contact us (see contact us page) and contact our customer service department regarding the issue. Then ship the product in its unopened packaging back to the address given. Please give 5-10 business days to issue a refund or to have a replacement product shipped out.
